75k miles on my dampers - should I replace?

I've just rolled past 75000 miles in my phase 1 172 and I'm still on 3 of the original dampers. How long do these typically last? I've been thinking the car has been a bit twitchy recently and wondering if this might be one of the reasons.

Is replacing the dampers a DIY job or one for the dealer? And do I go for Renault items or something else?

less than an hour job to change all 4 dampers

If you think they need changing then they will.
Mine were worn enough to want to replace them at 50k or so I enfded up leaving it till 65k or so and they were still fine for most people.

I'd say 1.5hours to chnage them I'm not as fast a wokrer as Fred.

i have small hands, they can move faster

do it, I changed mine at 60k along with some eibach prolines and the difference is huge.
