!82 cup lowering

How much can it be lowered by and still go over speed bumps ?
and what are the best springs to go for?:S

probs 70-80 on the front and up to 90-100mm on the back but im giving you the extremes. have a look at christophers rb 182 cup. think his is 70mm front and 65 at the back and that sits perfect IMO
