8v to 16v? help?

hi got a 1.2 8v 1999 clio and havebeen looking at getting a 16v head for it, is this a straight swap or will this not fit? i believe that all the 16v heads are the same from 1999 through to all but the latest but will it fit on a 8v engine body???

please help me
