A bit of a leak on the manifold

Got a bit of a leak thats dripping onto the manifold and making it smoke a bit, will be having a proper look tomorrow when i got time. Also another thing it seems to be blowing from the downpipe i've got a new gasket so i'll put that on that but in the pictures below is that gap way to big?

It's a spring assisted fire ring joint. You'll need a new kit.

The oil leak is likely to be the rocker cover, which is a cambelt Job. Which you need the specialist tools to do.

i've got the gasket springs and bolts ect for the exhaust i'll do that when i get a bit of time, timing is out i think feels down power by quite a bit. I was going to bring it to you soon for the cambelt + dephaser to be changed anyway when i get a bit of money spare so i guess this will be another job for you as well. How much will this set me back with you? its a 172 cup
