Well do small things that are cheap/free.
Get rid of all the stick on stuff like the coach line and other stickers, that will smooth it all up a bit.
Get clear side repeaters, only cost about £15-20.
Lower it. Springs arnt expensive at all, the only hard part is the torsion bar and even thats not all that bad tbh

what i would do if i had the money is a v8 conversion...rover v8 3L would be nice 
just imagin the sould of the v8 with cross over twin exhausts at the back...mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm drool
cosmetics would come second...so id have to have alot of money before it ever looks like that!
