A couple of 182 'noob' modding questions...

Hey all, the hunt for a 182 should be beginning in a couple of weeks providing all goes well With regards to mods, i have a couple of simple questions:

-Which is considered the best lowering spring kit? (springs only, not coils/shocks), i'd be after something that sits the car down nicely, but doesn't compromise the handling or give a ridiculously hard ride.

-What's considered the best exhaust system for the 182? I'd be willing to pay upto about £500, so exclude the Orbisoud!

apex springs are well regarded achieving -40mm but eibach sportlines are good too more like -25 / -30mm

for exhausts people rave about prospeed and hayward and scott but Yozzasport now have a system, Blueflame are regarded as best value.

blueflame available from blueflame, see ebay, usually £330 but they sell on ebay new from blueflame for £300 delivered.

Sportlines springs are awesome, especially for the money. They stop the car lookin like a 4x4 and improve the handling no end.

Makes you want to throw the car into corners.....:star:

the 182 zorst won't, phase 1 has a spare wheel well, 182 doesn't...

i have a blue flame sounds great, got a decat from gdi aswell, defo worth geting 1. i have apex 40mm springs aswell they r just rite, all together the both cost me about £450

What's best, Pro lines or sport lines?

Sports lower the car more but have been told that Pros are better.
