I think a good touch would be to paint the calipers then same yellow as the car amd the drums at the back also get the mk2 ph2 rear lights ,clear side repeaters and silvervisions all round.

Defo colour code

dont you mean the disks at the back ;)

looking good mark :D will pop round for a closer look in the week :D

I'm really happy with the steering wheel, feels so nice!

andy, pop round whenever you know i'm a dosser and a bum lol

fair play mate, good job!

just an idea but i think side strips blending from the yellow to the antricate (sp?) would look cool.

  Monaco Blue Mk2
Ace mate.

Colour code Ph2 side strips with badges same colour as wheels. Sunflower yellow callipers. Lowered on quality coilovers, Ph2 rear end with cup or V spoiler...lot's of money, all make it one fantastic car IMO.

Likin that mate. How about instead of colour coding paint the black bits teh same anthracite as the wheels, ph2 lights, lowered bish bash bosh

  A well built VW
Mark it deffo needs lowered but looking good

I do think it needs c/c on the bump strips and different rear lights - did you manage to get rid of the special import ones you had for sale a while back im thinking they would look nice

Got 12 month warnty on them as well, and trust me if anything goes wrong i'll be back ;)

Carbon copy - the switch to the ph-quik was the best thing i've ever done, absolutly loving it. Its fast but totally drivable, which is what I love!

good stuff fella.:approve:

I sold the german lights as they didnt look right on my old car, i've actually got some ph2s sitting in my lounge but they're scratched to fook so i'm not accepting them. Def think i'm gonna colour code the sides yellow, might do the originals first, and if i dont like that i'll get some ghey ph2 ones ;)

as said i'm definatly gonna slam it, just saving up for a proper set of suspension

I like the wheel colour Middo & Id be tempted to leave the centres silver looks good to me. How & where did you manage to get a Maxi for 220 then 2nd hand or is it new ???.

  Chocolate Bar™
^ wasnt actually. it on on ebay lol :)

not new, but condition is as new, and hes only 5mins away from my gf's house which is a bit of a result.

  Chocolate Bar™
it was really poorly advertised, didnt put induction, clio or airfilter in the title. Ended the auction early for 220, and hes gonna help me fit it, only been on teh car for 2000 miles too :)

prob bit of a pointless pruchase for a ph1, as the airfilter is mint as standard but i need to buy a new one for the clips anyway so thought i mayasewll nab this one

  VRS
gonna help you fit it? you lazy git lol

all you do is clip it on with a screwdriver and jubilee clip and undo the batery rail with a philips :rasp:

Never liked aftermarket Steering wheels. But the rims look spot on!

trust me ali if you would have seen my old one u'd love this one in comparison lol. I'm not much for them myself to be honest for everyday driving, but it was that or 150 quid to retrim my steering wheel, which to be honest i may well still get done.

Cliobuyer- awesome photoshop, definatly getting it slammed when i have enough money for the coilovers, wanna save up for some proper ones first though
