A little help if you will

Right, just a quicky,

is it possible to run a sub from the stock head units that come in the car (04 Dynamique), ive currently got a uprated head unit in there and I miss not being able to use the steering wheel controls.
Any help u guys can give me would be great.

I don't think the standard HU has any outputs for running a sub. The only way would be to use the existing speaker wiring which isn't really ideal.
As for the aftermarket HU and steering controls, you can buy an adaptor for like £30 to enable them to work.

You need either a line level->rca converter, or get an amp with line level inputs then use them.

Its not the best idea though tbh more of a stopgap thing, i'd deffo look at getting a headunit with pre-outs the standard thing isn't that good really.
