a little help please

all of a sudden my climate control isnt working,everythin works apart from the fan speed controller though i can change the temperature,which fans it blows out and turn the air conditioning on...its just a constant speed blowing in my face everytime im in the car and is makin it rather unpleasant....was just wonderin if anyone has had the same problem and how did they fix it...the only thing i can think of is maybe a resistor has broken in the fan controller but im not sure where the fan controller is.

Sounds like the resistor pack fella. its located under the scuttle panel next 2 the pollen filter.
