A quick little mod...

how you do it? is it easy to do?

Fairly easy yes, probably easiest "mod" i've done so far, even easier than changing the speakers.

Remove the panel that has the c/l button on it
Unclip the c/l button
Remove the red bit from the back of the button
I snipped the red LED off halfway up and soldered the new LED on there
Reassemble and jobs a good 'un

You need to make sure you do the right LED and get it the right way round ;)

I used a 4.5v Blue LED so it wasn't too bright when driving, the ECU dims the LED when the engine/lights are on anyway.

not bad for start your first mods al ;)

The list is growing giles :D

Standard speakers replaced with Sony XS-F1334
Headunit replaced with Sony CDX-MP40
Headlamp bulbs replaced with Ring 30% Xenon
Sidelights replaced with non yellow ones lol
Front and rear egg bulbs replaced with Sivervisions
Air filter replaced with K&N replacement panel filter
All tyres replaced with Michelin PE2's 195/50/15
...oh and the blue led ;) lol

RS grille should be going on tomorrow.

You've got to go steady on them for about 2-300 miles otherwise you'll glaze them and they'll be useless.
