After about 6 months of ar$eing about I have finally sprayed and fitted my Trophy/V6 spoiler. The paint isn't quite finished yet but you get the idea.

Please excuse the filth, it doesn't stop raining long enough to wash it.

I'll get some better pics up when it stop fecking raining. I was a bit unsure but it looks good in the flesh.
I bet the downforce is 13 times higher over the rear end as well now! LOL

Have you got the shortend boot opening things? otherwise it will hit the ariel/car? all the time

ive had two boots (crashed lol) and my v6 has never hit the roof.

The fit is ok but areas around the gutter rails on the edges of the roof panel don't flow very well into the spoiler, there is quite a step. Unfortunately I haven't got the shorter struts yet so the spoiler hits both the roof and the aerial.
It still hasn't stopped raining but I took some pics. I think it looks fantastic in the flesh.
Someone come and clean it for me.

Nice one! Good looking car mate. :D
Cheers Dave. We've come a long, long way together. LOL. To think she looked like this 6 months ago. 172 1.2 look-a-like.

prefer the cup spoiler, dont think the V6 spoiler suits the trophy eather, its too big, looks good on the vee tho because of the massive arches, bumpers etc.

probably looks better in the flesh tho as you say

Looks good. I prefer the Standard 172 and V6 spoiler to the Cup one with it's large red break light. I was never sure why I chose it on my 182. lol

I like the directly behind view, ie the first one.

The other pics make it look a bit chunky. Prefer the Cup but still decent enough and better than the standard 172 one.

May I ask how much it cost to spray?

I just wanted it to be different really. When I first got the car I always planned the lowering and either Turinis or Superlegs. Little did I realise everyone else had the same planned as well. LOL. Hence the V6 spoiler over the Cup.

I sprayed the spoiler myself. It still needs a good cut once the laquer has set but it should be nigh on perfect. Quite suprised by Halfrauds paint, much better than I thought.
