A trip to the lakes

Went today with a mate in his punto.

Not been since August and forgot how amazing it is up there, some cracking roads and when your off the main roads virtually no traffic :)

Windermere and Coniston and the roads up and around there. Set off at 10:30 and got home at 6ish, about 45 minutes spent having lunch up there the rest driving :)
 
love the area, try to get up there as often as possible....

do the walk to the top of coniston old man next time... ;)
 
my 1.4 sporting was ace i miss it so much. 125bhp, IG7 40mpg urband upto 67 on the motorway, was ace.

Whats with the punto? "I Love speedbumps" - I bet you do mate, you can glide over them.
