A very quick review of ado8's

After deciding what tyres to get I opted for a new set of these. Tbh I should have bought them well in advance to the trackday as they were practically new. In a nutshell they are brilliant, so much more confidence driving around oulton which helped alot as I've only had the car a few weeks. Highly recommended

Makes you wonder what the newer AD08-R would be like in comparison as they are a softer compound.
Just a shame the older ones are in msa tyre list 1a but the newer AD08-R are probably going to be msa tyre list 1b. (I'm only allowed to use list 1a tyres for sprints)
I struggled to get some of the original ones in 15" and I couldnt find any in 16".

the new Ad08-R has a 140 tread wear rating - driven on the old type and they were good - so the R with the lower tread rating shoukd better.
