Thats actually really cool. Finding that :approve:

It's the log book and chassis numbers they are buying on the RS2000! Heard it all before. Nothing worth keeping on that rust bucket.
OIC we're on P15 now. DOH!

This one did the rounds a few years back, dont think I saw it linked in this thread so thought I'd share it.

The story goes that a guy used to deal cars in the 70's and 80's and just kept one of the each car he wanted, they're all left to pretty much gathering dust now in a barn which the location is pretty much a secret.

Theres some amazing cars in there.

Visited Oradour-sur-Glane, France in 2008, took some pics.

'Oradour-sur-Glane is a commune in the Haute-Vienne department in the Limousin region in west-central France.
The original village was destroyed on 10 June 1944, when 642 of its inhabitants, including women and children, were massacred by a German Waffen-SS company. A new village was built after the war on a nearby site and the original has been maintained as a memorial.'

  Turbos.
Love the old American stuff, it's like art!

Why are people posting pictures of burnt out cars though, not exactly abandoned are they!

Why oh Why?!?!?!? :dapprove:
RS200-01.jpg

As I was walking through a quiet residential area of Tokyo the other evening I spotted something very familiar parked inside a dark garage of an apartment building. As I began to make my way closer the low-slung silhouette began to become clearer, but surely it couldn't be what I thought it was? Arriving in front of the shutter my suspicions were confirmed, I was indeed face to face with one of only 200 Ford RS200s ever made. These cars were produced from 1984 to 1986 to meet FIA Group B rally car homologation requirements.

It looks like the RS200 has been parked in this place for a vary long time, accumulating a thick layer of dust.
RS200-04.jpg

It was fitted with the rally-style Hella auxiliary lights as used in night stages, while the stock fog lights integrated into the lower section of the bumper seemed to be missing the Hella-logoed covers.
