Abs and SERV light ones on at 60mph?

Hey folks

Looking at getting a 1.2 Clio for a second car. Seen a nice red one but it's got a little problem.

Drives about town fine but as soon as you go on the likes of a motorway/dual carriage way and hit 60mph the abs and SERV light comes on. When you stop and turn the engine off then restart it the lights go out and it's fine until another 60mph road.

The guy selling it says it might be a lambda sensor. But in my head that doesn't add up.

So what could the fault be? How easy is it to sort? And how much is it going to cost lol?

Cheers

That's what I thought. But only at comes on at 60? Weird.

Also thought could it maybe be the steering angle sensor? As it only happens in a long straight road

How much are abs sensors and the steering angle one too?

Cracked target ring on the driveshaft... Seen it loads of times before and on the 1.2 16v normally.

But is it different on a 1.2? I'll try and knock him down whatever it costs in parts

Done a search and looks like its possible to just change the ring. How much is a 1.2 driveshaft?
