ABS and SERV light showing any ideas?

Hi everyone, I have the above problem, my car is a 1.5 (80 BHP) '03 Dynamique. Any one had the same issue or knows what the problem may be?

The light did go off for a bit and when I used the brake it worked but with the ABS activated all the time which was not good.

I am presuming that now the light is on, the ABS would not work if it was meant to.


I have had it before with the airbag light comin on but one of the wire connectors under the driver seat had come a bit loose so when i jigged it around it ent off.

i would fix it before i sold it anyway

have had the same problem for ages, my light only comes on when i go about 60mph and my abs dosnt work when it does, but constantly kicks in at low speeds when the loght is off. if you turn your wheels to full lock you can get a rough feel of the abs ring on the hub mines is badly chipped i have a new ring but have't got round to fitting it, cost of rings are about £10 - 20 i got one of ebay for £10, a sensor is closer to £50 i think
