ABS Kicking in to easily

Just general driving around slowing down for speed bumps etc on my way to work through a 20mph limit in a town and my ABS kicks in...and im not kidding it really does feel like my stopping distance is doubled when it does..really feel the pedal judder.....I really am going no faster then 20mph and really mean granny braking....not heavy or sharp....I dont weather its the roads..there dry no ice or dampness.i have Continetals on the car which are near enough 5k old.....mintex pads and Brembo discs...anyone else have this problem and is there anyway to sort it out?

Sounds like a faulty abs sensor/cracked rings. Quite common iirc.

Ah right ok thanks.....are there only ABS rings on the back or is there some on the front? Sorry retarded question!
