Abs light on

I have changed my font hubs put abs sensors in but have a aftermarket steering wheel on some 1 has told me about the ring on the steering wheel should be on there or the abs won't work can some 1 help me pls.

If you haven't disconnected anything then there is a fault on the system, you'll need it scanned ideally to be able to locate the problem
