ABS light

Quickie. Not looking for a discussion. Honestly can't be arsed to search.

If my ABS light is on on my dash, is the abs actually working?

Nope. That's why the light is on.

Forgot to say. Light is on (as well as ESP) because when I changed my steering wheel, I ripped the squib out as it annoyed me.


But if that's true, then I haven't had abs for nearly a year and not missed it. Therefore abs = lame.

ABS is not related to the steering angle sensor. Might be brake pedal switch related or a shot wheel sensor.
