abs rings

hi guys

got a feeling my ABS rings have cracked
no abs light but at speeds about 0-20mph sometimes feels like the abs kicks in
seems to happen more when iv left the car for a few days
how easy are they to replace or anyone in essex fancy giving me a hand ?

Very easy job to do as long as you have a basic tool kit

Make sure you get the right ring though.
