Just follow the wiring near the disc and it will end somewhere near a toothed/cog like ring. Its on the end of the axle where it meets the hub on the front. Not sure about the 1.2s rear though. If that makes sense :S

cant miss it mate. only 2 wires near the brakes. one is the abs sensor and the other is the brake line which is thicker and has coils around it

its is bolted in using a torx bolt at the side nearest to the hub
