actual 0-60 book time (172 ph1)

  MINI JCW
Not sure on the ph1 but the ph2 was 0-62 in 7.2.

A well driven one should hit 60 in the mid to high 6's

Evo did 6.6 if i remember correctly.

not sure what the manufacturer claimed when it first came out tho.

what is the est book time?

seen everyting from 6.8 to 7.5, just curious really

Lee, the book time is exactly what you've already read, there is no one time as there are too many variables.

The lowest I've seen quoted is 6.5, the highest is 8.2.

Different cars, different drivers, different track, different weather etc etc.

A healthy car with a talented driver in dry conditions would average around 7secs to 60 and 18secs to 100.

I've managed a 6.28 on my gtech pro heh. Standard car.

I always thought the book 0-60 for a ph1 was 6.6? (6.8/6.9 0-62?).

are those g tec things you plug in your cig lighter a good cheap recorded for the 0-60 times i may get one and have a play cheers

letstorquebhp are pretty accurate

it takes those times from its performance calculator not book figures!

although its performance calculator is pretty accurate

and i dont see why a 197 with 20-30k under its belt could muster those figures,

have to remember it would have to make the actual power though!

does it take aerodyanmics into account when calculating numbers.

if both Car A and Car B had same powers/weight etc but car A had the worse ever aerodyanmic body shape then Car B would be quicker. does this site fail on those grounds.
