Try less throttle pedal.

Depends how good a launch you get. Launch at 4.5k right with a good gearchange to second and 6.5 is doable no prob.

Tried mine and I managed to get my 172 to do it in 6.9 secs and that was with one 19 stone fella and myself (14stone) in there

Assuming you have scrubbed the release agent off the PS3`S,if the front end climbs & the rear squats,your springs are too soft.

2nd should do it easy.

I not actually tried a timed run, I keep my foot on clutch lifting it quickly. The car actually spun into 3rd the other night but it was very wet. Goes way past 60 in 2nd.
I would do a video but like having 2 hands when going at that rate
