adjusting 16v seats

Put my newly aquired 16v seats into my car yesterday .

Only problem is that they lean backwards a bit to much for my liking. have tried to move them back or forward using the lever on the left of the drivers seat but it seems a bit stuck. is this supposed to be stiff cos i dont wanna force it and break it?

Seats are sort of at a \_ angle, is this standard for valver seats?

which one u moving? there should be 2 a lumber support and the tilt one.

I can only find one, on the drivers side it is on the left hand side at the bottom.

I had to push mine back really hard the first time, felt like i was going to break them!! as for second lever - i dont have one, but thats beacuse i have an earlier interior!
