Adjusting dampening on kw konigsports? + spacers question

  ph1 172
I'm just fitting some kw konigsorts to my car.

It seems the dampening adjusters are on top of the struts where its threaded?

Can anyone explain how the adjustment works on them please.
ie. furthest clockwise softest setting etc.

Also I'm fitting some 5mm eibach spacers at the same time.

Can anyone confirm these are 100% safe using standard wheel bolts.

Thanks in advance:D

The more you move them towards positive sign, the harder they'll be, so it there isn't markings, i'd imagine it's soft anti clockwise, and hard clockwise. The best way is to do it all the way one way, go for a drive and do the opposite, and you'll know which is which. With regards to setting them up, i'd have a read. Don't go too low and don't set them too hard. Depends on what you're using the car for too.

Spacers wise you should be fine with standard bolts yes.

Thanks for the quick reply.

I didn't notice any +/- but there probably there.

Like you say road test against opposite ways sounds good.

I've set them right down at the back and just enough to fill the arch at the front.

But I'll be having a play with heights before I get them set up properly.

Thanks again:approve:

Second hand so no removable cap.

Just taken it out for a little drive and the back end was very bouncy and jumpy.

Haven't got time now but I'll have a play with the settings tommorow.

Has anyone tried fitting strut top washers with these?
As I fitted them to begin with and there wasn't enough threads to pass through the nut on the mounts.
