adjusting H+r without jacking up?

Doubt it, you'd need wheel off to get to the adjuster mate?

The adjusters are above the top of the tyre, the units are designed to be adjusted whilst on the ground. But it is a bit easier getting the spanners on if jacked up. Clean up threads before adjusting
