Adjusting original subframes

Hi there,
I've tried to adjust my original subframes to accommodate my new sparco r100 seats however the seats sit ridiculously high so I haven't even bothered to fit them properly. Does anyone have any photos of standard frames that have been adapted?
may just give up and buy some aftermarket frames and runners

You can take out the plastic spacers to drop the standard subframe about 15mm but I think you'll be needing proper subframes I'm afraid.

It was worth a go but I think ill just buy some proper subframes and runners
