Adjusting Whiteline ARB (182)

Hi All,
I've had my Whiteline ARB fitted for just over a year now and it was fitted by K-Tec and set on the softer of the 2 settings. I have always fancied trying it on the harder setting but have no idea on how to change it.

Do I need to have the car jacked up off the ground to do this or try and get under the car as it is now so it's at it's normal ride height? Also is it worth lubricating the bushes on the ARB while I'm there, and with what?

Undo the 14mm nut and bolt where the arb connects to the droplink. Move it to the next hole in the arb. Tighten it back up 5 minute job which you can do without raising the car
