pk collected my car back from reno and again there were scratches on the wings as well as oily marks over everything, the engine cover is a mess (scratched to f**k and oily) the air box hose thats suppose to lead to the right hand side was forced downwards, and my rear passanger window looks as though somethin has been poured over it, when i asked the guy to come look all would say was "i can assure u that did not happen in our workshop and just shrugged his shoulders at the sratches and said our service manager is off, i asked wat he could do and got the reply "i dont work for reno i am only helpin out" (5 branches in the complex)
so wat i want is some advice, do i go back this morn and ask for a polish?, every time it goes in they scratch it, do i leave it?, ive already had the free service from them before and told if i have ne more probs just go straight to the complex manager????
