Hi, im quite into cleaning my cars but ive only ever polished by hand so the gf has bought me this for xmas...

The car has got some heavy swirls and needs a good detail so i am wondering, would i have to use all three stages of polishes? Or would it be ok to go from the v34 compound polish straight to the v38 final polish?
Would i get just as good results doing this as using all three?
Also, after using the v38 polish, do i need to use something like ag srp to finish off? Or can apply the wax right after the v38 polish?
