Advice for newbie

Hi guys

Firstly, I have only had the car a week. It is a 54 plate Clio 182.
Upon starting the car it seems hesitant but starts first time. Just seems slightly delayed. The last 2 days I have started the car on the way home from work and when I put my foot down it seems to do its own thing... It feels Like its resisting acceleration and the power comes and goes. It does this for a few minutes then it goes and drives fine. Just stumped really as I what could be causing it.

And also, does anyone know of specialist around Norfolk direction.

You could be a bit stuck for a good independant specialist. Wests are good, but it is a main dealer so expect.... costs.

Sounds like a cold idle issue, maybe.

I know. I have a cheapo fault reader of eBay but it keeps popping up with linking error. I'm not too bothered with the costs as I have 3 months warranty with the car.
