advice oil change

is it easy to do a oil change on youre sport never done it before i fancy doing it to save money. when the car is jacked up can you get to the oil filter from underneath the car. then do you take the sump plug out and drop the oil. silly question but how much oil do you put in cheers.

Im doing mine shortyly, the oil filter is in the bay, on the lwft side, i prosume youd get to it that was mate and not from underneath

a bit of a tip if ur doing it by jacking it up at the front, put some cardboard or a load of cloth under the car when you unscrew the oil filter, it can get a bit messy.

don't foget an 8mm square drive bit for undoing the sump plug. 5 quid in halfords.
