Advice on a new car.....

Right, this is how it is.

I currently have a Clio 1.2 dynamique 16v, had it since April 02 and love her dearly but Im getting a tad bored. This is the first Clio Ive had, before I got it I had a Vauxhall Corsa which was a 1.4. The person who had it before had done quite alot of work to it, it was lowered, colour coded, komi suspension, different exhaust, K&N air filter and had a body kit aswell.

Now Im nearly 22 and want something with a bit more growl under the bonnet and was thinking of getting a 172 or maybe a cup? I want to do a few mods but cant see the point on doing it on a 1.2...

I better check the insurance aswell, unless anyone can help me with that aswell??? Im ready for a shock....

buy a used 172 if thats what you want, personally, i wouldnt buy another new car, or you could wait for a 182 if you want a new car

Depends on how many yrs NCB, the milage you do and driving experiance. For me at 21 with 1yrs NCB 1 claim and 17k/ye its about £1400~1700.

But if you do less miles put it in a garage etc you may get it for £1000.

Well fingers crossed I should have 3 years come this April but it all depends on a claim thats going through
