advice on audio deal

Just been offered a deal on

2 x kicker kx 200.2 amps and

1 x sony 15" pentagon sub for £300.00

is this a good deal

Yep, those Kicker amps are worth about £200 each, they are very good gear, and the Sony sub must be at least another £50, more if its boxed. Alll in all, sounds like a good deal. Even if you were to end up selling the sub, say to get a DVC Kicker one you can run off those amps for example, its still a good price for the amps.

buy the amps, see if you can get the price down buy not taking the sub, cos they are pretty rubbish!

decent amps tho, offer £220 for just the amps and youve got a good deal, then get a sub to run off one amp, and some components to run off the other
