Advice on ECU remapping on standard cup

Was just wondering if geting the ECU remapped on a standard cup is worthwhile and weather i would notice any big changes?

if so where would be the best place to get it done - am based in surrey

and how much would i need to spend?

Not realy I'd only look at if it you have a few mods and are pushing a leaner mix.

As for local to you I don't know many places.
