advise-opinion-help needed..for Clio sport 172

Hey all..Im driving a Renault clio sport 172 navyblue year 2000 for 6 years now..with no upgrades just as it is from factory its a quick little b*****d :) and gain respect as many don"t really know whas is capable of.(most of the times is the driver that makes difference but always needs a car to trust)..sure i found mine!! :)
I have a list and i want your opinion or advice for the best if possible choise of:
1. Suspension (lowering)----------- ??V-Maxx suspension Kit
2. Exhaust system--------------------??
3. Manifold----------------------------??
4. Airfilter-----------------------------?? Viper pipercross Carbon Induction Kit
5. Speedline corse Type 2118 silver (for sure!!!)
(i have made my research and i want to compare..)
*No engine upgrades coz it works great and i don't want to disturb

do not go pipercross viper, if you want gains through induction (theyre minimal gains) then k and n gen 2, if you want a decent performing louder induction. but if you want very similar gains and save youself a few pennys then pipercross replacement element.

Hmm..didn't know that. ill find some specs if there is any about clio 172 with K&S gen2...don't care if i gain mush as long as i don't lose nothing..if u get me thanks for the tip all look for it

and..about K&S 57i gen2 i have..

Weight: 5.5 lb (2.5 kg)

The one from factory is heavier by a kilo or more!!...Gen2 is 2.5 and as i saw a pic of the parts i can take out 500g or more.. thanks gtrob

What do you say about Manifolds..do they come with exhaust systems or ... its another story?!? or..if i take that exhaust system i have to get that manifold?!!! how it goes

You thought about brakes ? Common upgrade is leave rear brakes as standard then upgrade to braided hoses, Brembo discs and Ferodo DSC 2500 for fast road/trackday. Theres lots of comments on thsi subject on this forum so worth a further read.

1 suspension are you taking it on track ?? personally miniumum you want are bilstein B14 coilover setup while your there change top mounts and bottom ball joints and track rod ends too
2 Exhaust system what you lookin for ?? yossa or ktec stealth and decat
3 manifold nothin really wrong with 172 one but if uve got time and patience and fitting a full new system a 182 manifold
4 air filter personally running a k&N with my own cold air feed

and like the others have said brembo discs/ferodo ds2500 and braided hoses and race fluid for brakes

not offen but yes i do sometimes..ill look for specs about the Bilstein B14..ill get back with info..
Exhaust system i was thinking about getting the 182 cup system IF it feets..or..still not sure..
Ill step back with the idea about manifold as the engine runs perfectly and i dont want to disturb..
AirFilter by now i steak with K&S 57i Gen2 Kit (good comments from every user)...thanks for the tip Kev :)

I ve read comments and saw specs for clio 172 ph1 running Bilstein B14 and are all good and happy with it..
For now i say Bilstein B14 is the part i want..
