after market hids

hi guys i bought a clio trophy..but as you know they dont come with xenon headlights.

i want to fit an after market kit to the vehicle but noticed that you need to turn the holder of the bulb to lock it in

isit possible to fit hids?? because then i wont be able to use that holder? or do i drill the middle of it out etc?

anyone done it?

Yes it can still be done. With the hid kit I bought for mine (same headlights as your trophy), I had to take all the plastic off the metal bracket that holds the bulb in place, then snip the metal bracket, put it round the bulb and then lock it in place. May be different with different kits though.

h7 the bulbs are too if im correct?

i Bought my HID kit from ebay for £66 i think it was and yeah its the H7 bulb fitting.
