Air Con/heater motor

In this lovely hot weather my air con is playing up

it works when you start the car then the motor slow down then stops. I'm assuming its the motor not the air con as the pipes are freezing to touch.

Is there anything to check to see before i try to change the motor? And any ideas with how much a motor costs?

Do a search on "Blower" and "Heater Fan".

I priced up the resistor at Renault £82 + VAT.

I'm sure this is my prob
I'll be ordering tomorrow will take 2 days.
Its a main dealer part only - also tough to find at a scrappy as theres about 4 different versions.
Its all not to difficult to get to.
Remove & test your fan first.
