air con

hey im kinda new to using forums so would appreciate the feed back guys , my air con is on its way out and i wanna remove it completely to save money and increase power whats the easiest way of doing this?

Pure motorspot do an AC delete kit, but it's probably on the dearer side of things. Cheaper option is probably nabbing parts of a 172 cup, but I don't know exactly what bits you'd need, other than a different aux belt.

I did have a look at the delete kit , ive been told the aircon needs replacing completely , I can hear the bearing has had it when im driving , the delete kit is def an option , any idea how difficult it is to do , as would do it myself , im in no rush to have it back on the road yet , im guessing the cup has no air con??

Just buy the pms a/c delete kit for around £150 that all you need.

What fit the kit? Yeah the hardest part I found was getting the new belt over the pulleys, there is a guide on the pms site.
