Air intake pipe

Hi people I need to change my air in take pipe on my clio mk2 1.5dci as mine in broke and torn, is it better to change the whole in take pipe and and air box for the set up from a 172/182 or just try and find the pipe that I need? I have spoke to renault and they want £45 just for the pipe, has anyone changed there air intake system if so please can you help
