Aircon still NOT Cold

Hi everyone,

I've just had my Aircon regassed and it's still not cold! Someone posted that the pollen filter could be dirty. Renault said it could be the high pressure switch! Any help as to what it could be would be appreciated.

By the way where is the pollen filter and how do I clean it????
