i tried to put a vid of this up and it got taked down for music copyright, how did you get around it?

What, with this specific music track?

I've had 5 of my vids pulled up over copyright issues but they've all allowed me to continue using the tracks and they plaster ads over the video. One one of them there's even an advert with a direct link to iTunes to buy the track I ripped off!!!
