Alignment Print Out Confirmation Requried

Car  172
Looking for some advice on the alignment I’ve just had done on my 172.

I have a trackday this week so wanted it checked out before hand.

Was done on a Hunter machine. Does all seem ok? Car is on standard suspension with Cooksport Springs.

Thanks
Adam

Camber needs to be more equal on the front. And me personally would put a degree shim on the rear right so it’s sumilar

Thanks for that!
Do you run camber adjustment on the front / shims on the rear to achieve that? (Which I guess is what I’d require?)

Take it back, looks like they've only adjusted the toe on the front.

As Mr Likes has said, you want front equal at least and then you could put a shim on the offside rear to level up the back.

No likes for you face ache.

You are correct in your reply though.

I’d need front camber bolts though for it to be adjusted? I thought only toe is adjustable when standard?

Have you checked the right rear wheel bearing as there is a 0.43` difference between the 2 printouts?
The other possibility is operator error!

I was thinking why is there such a difference when nothing has been done to the rear?

I did notice when he was loading it up he selected a non F4R engine option (which the 1st reading would have been against) then asked him to select the F4R option instead as I wasn’t sure if the sports would have had different setup

The Left hand rear has remained constant, so it will not be that.

Oh s**t, yeh you need camber bolts, just assumed you had them for some reason.

So yeh, get some camber bolts, take it back and sort the camber on the frontzzz

I also literally had 2 new genuine rear discs/bearing replaced this week, so are brand new.
Assuming whoever did that remembered to transfer the spacers behind the discs correctly, and torque up the wheel nuts, then the guy at (I`m guessing) Kwikfit needs to go on a course.

Good guess! Out of desperation I had to use Kwikfit .........which is why I wanted some clarity on the result. £49 and it literally took him 3 minutes to sort the toe, so feel slightly ripped off !

Go and enjoy your trackday, and worry about it another day.
