I have decent knowledge on cars having competed in the mlrss in my evo 6rs
I accept like said after washing the car or leaving it for time it gets surface rust on the discs
This is nothing like and is proper rusty surface with no shine at all

More than likely its had a set of mickeywingwang brake discs fitted, cheap discs are s**t and will go rusty/pit quickly. Go buy some genuine discs and pads.

They're only messing ;)

Bear with this site mate its one of the better ones out there.

A lot of helpful knowledgable people and the mods sort the wallys out pretty quick.

Get a pic up of the discs it might help diagnose if there's a problem ...

Go for a drive and ride the brakes, applying them whislt still acccelreating. Then have a look. If excessively thin or very badly pitted, consider replacing pads and discs

A bit of rust would never really worry me, even quite deep, it can easily be ground down if there is enough meat left on the disc.
