Got myself a set of turbines and they need a refurb.
there are no kurbing marks, just the lacquer is peeling and the paint is bubbling.
I can sand down the face of the wheel no problems but im unsure how to do the 'turbine' bits as they are quite small.
I have a dremel and bought a carbon steel bit for it, but this was worn away in minutes. is there a better attachment to use, like a stone grinder? or a better way of getting the paint/lacquer off (paint stripper)
Don't really want to get the professionally done, as im on a student budget here
