alloy refurbish and re-colour

I'm thinking about having my alloys refurbished as they have the odd stone chip and a little scratch from a curb, i was also pondering the idea of a colour change similar to the 182 cup colour, heres a photoshop...

what do you think? does anyone the rough cost of having this done?

I used to have those wheels on a Zetec S and they were already that colour. Hyper black or sumink they were called, looks stunning like that.
