Alloys and lowering

Just added my coilovers and new alloys to my policy and its an extra £250 for the 7months left. I'm 18 and have 1 years ncb and with aviva, is this expensive?

well I added my alloys and they added nothing because they are the same size as standard, coilovers added £40
