Alloys off a Golf GTI

Well im thinkin of buying a set o wheels, and they previously came off a Golf GTI, sow ill the wheels off a Golf GTI fit onto my Clio? im shure there the same fitment, but just want to make shure.

what golf? i know mk2 wheels will fit, not sure about others.

well... if this helps, i saw a golf gti mk3 in my area with 172 wheels on it

i think all the 4 studs must be 4x100 then

i think the bores are 60.1 too.

Yep all VWs which have 4 stud have 100PCD which is right you juist need the center bore boring out to 60.1mm as VW's use 57.1mm bore.

Mk3 Gti's incl VR6 have a 5 stud fixing non GTi MK3's have 4 stud fixing with 100pcd.
I think all Mk2 golf's are 4x100pcd
MK4/5 are 5 stud.
