Allternative to Skype

I currently use Skype to chat to may mates while playing BF2, once there is more then 2 people in the conversation I start getting connection errors.

Anyone now of any alternative.

Need something that does not need a server.

skype is p2p after the initial connection isnt it.

i know you said doesnt require a server...

but you could host the server off your comp


doesnt use that much bandwidth at all, when i was on 2mb i hosted a ventrilo server most nights for my mates, and play bf2, can easily get 10 people connected before it effects your ping at all..

team speak 2 is simular
