Want to order an alpine headunit - but not sure if ill be in to sign for it - got nowhere else it can go - do you now waht the couriers do if theres no one in ???

I work for parceline

If your not in when they call, they leave a yellow card, or we will attemp the next day, if your still havent rang us we will keep it in the depot so best thing is ring us, then what you could do when you recive that card through the letter box to arrange a different day when it suits you or when someone is home, or arrange for it to be sent to a different address, ie your work place, or leave the yellow card on your door, sign it, telling us that you would like it leaving with the old dear next door that never leaves her house or either the shed etc etc

Im really not to sure mate, best thing to do is contact them. All courier companys are the same. If they use City Link, i recommend using someone else.

Mean ive seen some battered parcels in my time, but things ive heard about City Link is bang out of order
